Tree Walk
Tree walk event is initiated by KANS to study and document floral diversity of melagiri. The rich diversity of flora is plainly visible even to the casual observer. The flora is photographed, and cataloged and entered in our database of species. We hope to cover the entire area eventually.
We invite volunteers to join with us in exploring “Trees” of melagiri and spread awareness about conservation of trees and their significance in an ecosystem.
